Note: *Protect yourself against the risk of coming into contact with parasites at accommodation sites (hotels, rental chalets or short-term accommodation such as AIRBNB) anywhere in the world. Avoid bringing parasites in your luggage. You can obtain a replacement of one of the products in the TRAVEL KIT if necessary during the current year of your MEMBERSHIP. The corporate rate applies to a minimum of 2 and up to 10 employees. One travel kit per year is provided to members as long as they retain their monthly membership. The Travel Kit can be used for more than one trip.

This online consultation service is not a substitute for an on-site technician. The guarantees in this service are limited to those included in each package. This protection does not constitute insurance for compensation, a guarantee of results or negotiating leverage in the event of poor hygiene or uncleanliness of the hosting site.
The sole purpose of travel-assistance protection is to provide quick and easy access to a certified pest management, health and safety expert. What’s more, this access enables customers to obtain advice on best practices, as well as assistance in making decisions and dealing with the appropriate authorities.
Finally, the customer must never attempt any action or gesture during a visual inspection or consultation with the technician that could jeopardize his or her health or safety, or that of anyone close to him or her (or accompanying persons). When in doubt, the customer’s safety will always be paramount.
